Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Female Only Care Assistant for waking nights in Poole. You’ll support people with daily routines, personal care, meals, companionship and help them live with dignity at home.

No prior care experience is required; we provide fully funded training. The role offers 10pm–7am shifts, mileage paid, a company pension, and a welcome bonus of £500 with a Refer a Friend scheme paying up to £1000.

About you:

Above all, we’re looking for someone kind, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about helping others.You don’t need previous care experience or qualifications; if you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we can teach you the rest.

You’ll bring:

• A warm, caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others
• Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
• A supportive, professional, and team-focused mindset
• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)
• A full UK driving licence (Preferred)
• Experience preferred, but training with be provided
