Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Home Carer to join our team in the South East region, covering Winchester and Andover, with activities in Basingstoke area. You will support clients with daily routines, personal care, meals, and companionship, while building meaningful relationships in a home-care setting.

No prior care experience is required; we provide fully funded training and ongoing development. This role offers flexible contracts, mileage paid and a supportive team environment with opportunities for

The Role of a Home Carer:

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication

About you:

Above all, we’re looking for someone kind, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about helping others.You don’t need previous care experience or qualifications; if you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we can teach you the rest.

You’ll bring:

• A warm, caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others
• Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
• A supportive, professional, and team-focused mindset
• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)
