Job summary

Agincare is hiring a Home Carer in Newton Abbot and surrounding areas to help clients live independently at home with dignity and respect.

You will assist with daily routines, personal care, meal prep, shopping and provide companionship, while building a rewarding career in care. No prior experience required as full training is provided and you’ll develop valuable skills along the way.

The Role of a Home Carer:

About you:

Above all, we’re looking for someone kind, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about helping others.You don’t need previous care experience or qualifications; if you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we can teach you the rest.

You’ll bring:

• A warm, caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others
• Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
• A supportive, professional, and team-focused mindset
• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)
• A full UK driving licence
