A leading care provider in Oxford is seeking a Care Assistant to join their team at Iffley Residential and Nursing Home. The role involves providing high-quality personalized care to residents and participating in daily leisure and social activities. Training will be offered to candidates who may lack experience but possess a caring attitude and strong communication skills. 33 or 44 hours contracts available - with alternate weekend working
