Job summary

Essex Cares (ECL) is seeking a reablement care assistant to support clients in their own homes, helping them regain personal care and daily living skills. A mentor will work with you until you feel confident in the role, with shifts across early and late hours and weekends as needed.

You will travel to clients in the community using your own car, with a focus on enabling independence and mobility. No prior experience is required, but visa sponsorship is not offered through direct application.
