Bupa’s Richmond Villages in the United Kingdom is looking for care staff to provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents in a luxury retirement setting. You will assist with daily activities, monitor wellbeing, and support a nurse or senior care assistant in observing changes in residents’ conditions.
The role includes a full induction, ongoing training, and access to development resources. DBS clearance is required (costs covered by Bupa), with flexible patterns and a supportive team
