Bupa is seeking a caring and reliable team member to join our Richmond Villages as a Bank care assistant in Witney. You will work 12-hour shifts of 08:00–20:00 and 20:00–08:00, ensuring residents receive high-quality care and support across clinical, social and emotional needs.
We provide a thorough induction, ongoing training including access to apprenticeships, and a range of wellbeing and benefit programmes. DBS checks are required and funded by Bupa.
Salary: £13.70 per hour - Paid breaks
Contract: BANK
Shift Pattern: 12 hour shifts 08:00-20:00 & 20.00-0800
