Bupa at Richmond Villages, Northampton is hiring a Care Assistant. The role involves full-time rota shifts supporting residents with clinical, social and emotional care at our Northampton village location.

Care Assistant – Bupa – Richmond Villages, Northampton

Job Title: Care Assistant

Location: Richmond Villages Bridge Meadow Way, Northampton NN4 5EB

Salary: £13.10 per hour

Contract: Bank

Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts on a rota basis, covering both 7:00am to 7:00pm and 7:00pm to 7:00am.

• Assisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care.
• Recognising and meeting the specific needs of residents
• Supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care
• Being part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring our residents and reporting changes
• Communicating with residents’ families, friends and other healthcare professionals

Because we care for vulnerable people, we’ll need you to complete a DBS check as part of the recruitment process. Bupa will cover the cost of this (£40).
