Job summary

McCarthy & Stone Ltd is hiring a Care and Support Assistant for St Rumbolds Court, Brackley. This part-time role offers 20 hours per week at £13.26-£14.56 per hour, with enhanced pay for evenings and weekends. Location is Brackley, with no travel between visits.

You will support residents in a central development, join a friendly on-site team and help older adults live independently and with dignity.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred.
  • Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Experience: 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred,

  • Location: Living within commuting distance of the development.
