McCarthy & Stone Ltd. is seeking a Care Assistant for Elizabeth Place, Market Harborough. This on-site, part-time role (20 hours per week) offers £13.26 per hour with enhanced pay for evenings and weekends.

You will support residents in one central location, helping with daily tasks and wellbeing activities, with funded training and career development opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting residents with daily domestic tasks like appointments, light cleaning, laundry and shopping
• Assisting with social activities and wellbeing routines
• Promoting independence, dignity, and community engagement
• Supporting with individual care packages

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred,

• Location: Living within commuting distance of the development.
