Job summary

McCarthy Stone is seeking a part-time Care Assistant to support residents at Lowe House, London Road, Knebworth. You will work a mix of early and late shifts, including alternate weekends, in a single, on-site development.

The role focuses on helping residents maintain independence, with daily tasks, social activities, and wellbeing support. Training is funded for Level 2/3 in Adult Care, plus a generous holiday allowance and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred.
• Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.

Responsibilities
