Our home is a large, purpose‑built service supporting up to 125 residents across several specialist divisions. We provide 24‑hour care for adults with a wide range of physical and mental health needs, creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment where every person is valued.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping our residents live well each day. Your kindness will help create a calm, positive, and nurturing environment.

Your day may include:

• Supporting residents with daily routines and personal care.
• Encouraging independence and meaningful activities.
• Being a friendly, reassuring presence.
• Noticing and reporting changes in wellbeing.
• Working closely with nurses and senior carers to follow personalised care plans.

Most importantly, you’ll bring warmth, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
