Job summary

Agincare Nottingham is looking for a Support Worker to help multiple individuals with learning disabilities thrive in the local community. You will assist with personal care and daily routines, building meaningful connections and supporting activities and holidays aligned to each person’s interests.

The role offers full training and funded development up to QCF Level 5, a supportive team, and a pay rate up to £12.90 per hour. A UK driving licence and right to work in the UK are required.

Who You’ll Support

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Nottingham service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
