Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Home Carer to support clients in their own homes, helping with daily routines, meals, and personal care. You will also provide companionship and practical support, contributing to clients' comfort and independence.

No formal care qualifications are required, and a caring, patient attitude is valued. A full UK driving licence is preferred, with flexibility to work alternate weekends and a commitment to learning on the job.

The Role Of a Home Carer

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication

About You

Above all, we're looking for someone kind, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about helping others. You don't need previous care experience or qualifications; if you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we can teach you the rest.

You’ll Bring

• Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships

• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)
