Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Home Care Assistant for Badminton Gardens to help people stay independent at home. You will assist with daily routines, personal care, meals, and medication support while providing companionship and a respectful, warm presence.

Full UK driving licence is required and overnight or weekend flexibility may be needed. This role offers flexible contracts to suit you and potential career development within Agincare.

Qualifications

• Warm, compassionate and customer-facing demeanor essential.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Flexibility to work alternating weekends.
• Minimum 12 months remaining on right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily routines and personal care.
• Assist with shopping, meals, and light domestic tasks.

• Support with medication administration as needed.

• Fully funded professional training, qualifications and career development

• Up to £12.75 per hour and paid mileage 32p per mile
