Job summary

Agincare is looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, comfort and dignity while promoting wellbeing. Your kindness will help create moments of joy and belonging in a welcoming care home.

You’ll provide personal care, assist with medication administration, and help residents stay active and engaged as part of a supportive team. We offer funded training up to QCF Level 5, on-demand pay, pension, and a generous refer-a-friend bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care setting is preferred.
• Kind, compassionate and great with people.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship).
• Able to work alternate weekends.
