Lifestyle Care is a company, which is part of the Malhotra Group; a family run business based in the North East of England. We are currently recruiting for Care Assistants at Bluebell Manor.

Bluebell Manor is a purpose built Care Home located in Morpeth. It is within easy reach of local transport links.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Supporting Residents with social and physical activities and mobility.
  • Helping with personal care such as showering and dressing.
  • Assisting people with eating and drinking.
  • Work as part of a team to provide high quality care.
  • Ensure the Residents retain their dignity and individuality.
  • Observe care planning needs for Residents.
  • Assist in the framework of the Residents social activities.
  • Supporting Residents with a range of health conditions including physical disabilities, dementia, and other mental health conditions.
What We Are Looking For
  • Genuine interest in working in the care environment.
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to participate in Vocational Training Programmes
  • Organisational skills.
  • Good listening and communication skills.
  • The ability to understand and follow policies and procedures.
