Job summary

Rivermede Court, part of Cinnamon Care Collection, is seeking enthusiastic Care Assistants for night shifts. The role involves looking after residential and dementia residents, delivering person-centred care and supporting independence.

The ideal candidate may hold an NVQ or equivalent, with a passion for care and teamwork. Full-time role with alternate weekend working, benefits and induction provided.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualifications if not willingness to attend
• Physically and medically able to carry out duties and responsibilities with or without assistive aids
• Team player, self-motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptable
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload and work under pressure
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Responsibilities

• Look after residential and dementia residents as part of a care team.
• Support residents to promote choice, individuality and independence at all times.
• Provide high quality personal care and assistance as required.
