Job summary

Porthaven Care Homes in High Wycombe is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents with daily living tasks in a warm, home-like environment.

Responsibilities

• Respect each resident as an individual, tailoring care to their care plan.
• Support residents with daily living activities including washing, toileting, dressing and grooming.
• Promote choice, dignity, and independence through person-centred care.
• Support residents during mealtimes and ensure they have access to food and refreshments whenever they wish
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families through kindness, empathy, and compassion with residents.
