Agincare in Medway is hiring a Home Care Assistant to support people in their own homes with daily routines, personal care, and companionship, helping them live with dignity.

You don’t need prior care experience; we provide fully funded training up to QCF level 5, flexible contracts, mileage paid, pension, and on-demand pay. Join a team dedicated to making a difference.

The Role of a Home Carer:

About you:

Above all, we’re looking for someone kind, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about helping others.You don’t need previous care experience or qualifications; if you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we can teach you the rest.

You’ll bring:

• A warm, caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others
• Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
• A supportive, professional, and team-focused mindset
• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)
• A full UK driving licence
