Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Home Care Assistant to support clients at home with daily routines, personal care, meals, shopping and companionship.

No prior care experience is required – we provide fully funded training up to QCF level 5. A full UK driving licence and access to your own car are required. You’ll receive 48 guaranteed hours, a £500 welcome bonus and a refer-a-friend scheme up to £1000. Salary £32,500 per year; mileage paid at 32p per mile.

The Role of a Home Carer:

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication

You’ll bring:
