Job summary

Agincare in New Milton is seeking a Home Care Assistant to support adults at home, helping with daily routines, personal care, and companionship.

You’ll prepare meals, assist with shopping, and provide a friendly, respectful presence, building meaningful relationships with clients and their families. No prior care experience is required for the right attitude; a full UK driving licence and access to your own car are needed, with flexible weekend work.

The Role of a Home Carer:

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care

• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication
