Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Home Care Assistant in Medway to support clients in their own homes with daily routines, personal care, and companionship. You'll help with shopping, meals, and mobility, bringing warmth and independence to those you support.

No prior care experience is required; if you have a caring nature and a genuine desire to help, we will train you. A full UK driving licence and flexibility to work weekends are preferred.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
• A supportive, professional, and team-focused mindset
• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)
• A full UK driving licence
• Flexibility to work alternating weekends
• Above all, we're looking for someone kind, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about helping others
• You don't need previous care experience or qualifications; if you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we can teach you the rest.
