Job summary

Agincare Totton/Southampton is seeking a Home Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes with daily routines, personal care and companionship. This role offers meaningful work and the chance to build a rewarding career in care.

You don’t need previous care experience; with the right attitude, you’ll be trained up to deliver high-quality support, including meals, shopping, and medication reminders, while earning a salary per hour.

Qualifications

• You don’t need previous care experience or qualifications; if you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we can teach you the rest.
• A warm, caring and compassionate approach to supporting others.
• Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
• A full UK driving licence.
