Agincare Group is seeking a Home Care Assistant to help people live independently in their own homes with dignity and warmth. No prior care experience is required, as we provide free, fully funded training and strong career development.

We offer flexible contracts, mileage paid at 32p per mile, and competitive hourly rates up to £14.20. You’ll join a growing, family-owned company that values compassion, respect, and community, with opportunities across our nationwide services.

About You
