Job summary

Alor Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant for Gilmerton Neurological Care Centre in Edinburgh. The role covers days and nights with a contracted 38.5 hours per week, offering a supportive team and a warm, patient-focused environment.

Salary is £13.60 per hour with PVG paid, pension, and uniform provided. 5.6 weeks annual leave is available on a full-time contract, with commitment to dignity and wellbeing for residents.

Job description

Gilmerton Neurological Suite is located in Edinburgh's Moredun area and provides nursing and social care for younger adults with a brain injury or other neurological conditions for up to 15 residents.

Care Assistant Contract

• £13.60 per hour
• Contracted to 38.5 hours per week
• Dayshift & Nightshift available
• Paid PVG, pension and uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
