Job summary

Benarty View Care Home in Kelty, Scotland is seeking a Senior Care Assistant on a full-time contract. The role involves leading the care team, coordinating shifts, and delivering compassionate, high-quality care to residents across a mix of day and night shifts.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a care environment is essential.
  • SVQ/NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care minimum; ideally Level 3 or willingness to progress.
  • Medication administration training and competency is beneficial.
  • Confidence supporting colleagues and coordinating shifts.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead by example.
  • Compassionate, professional and reliable approach to delivering excellent care.

Shift Type: Mixed - Days & Nights

Benarty View Care Home, located in Kelty, Fife, provides high quality Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Palliative Care in a warm and welcoming environment. Senior Care Assistant Contract



  • £14.81 per hour

  • 22.5 hours per week

  • Paid PVG, pension and uniform provided

  • 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
