Helping Hands is seeking a Care and Training Practitioner in Plymouth to coach, mentor and onboard new carers from interview through onboarding, ensuring quality and compliance.
You will visit customers, review care plans, complete risk assessments, support branch rotas, and help maintain an extraordinary care service with a people-first culture.
