Job summary

Helping Hands in Stalybridge is seeking a Care and Training Practitioner to shape exceptional care by coaching new carers from interview through onboarding. You’ll lead training sessions, guide the team, and help maintain quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Assistant and desire to advance.

Responsibilities

As a Care and Training Practitioner with Helping Hands, you’ll play a vital role in shaping exceptional care, supporting new carers from their very first interview through to their full onboarding journey. You’ll coach, guide and uplift your team while helping the branch maintain quality, compliance and meaningful relationships with customers. It’s a role full of purpose, variety and real impact.

What you’ll do
