Join our welcoming Cardiology team as a Waiting List Co ordinator and play a crucial role in supporting patients through their diagnostic journey. As part of our dedicated administration team, you’ll manage outpatient and day case diagnostic waiting lists, ensuring appointments are booked efficiently and clinical priorities are met.

Responsibilities

• Manage outpatient and day case diagnostic waiting lists, ensuring appointments are booked efficiently and clinical priorities are met.
• Work closely with Consultants, Secretaries, Technicians and Nurses to keep services running smoothly, using PAS and Intellect to maintain accurate records and prepare clinics well in advance.
• Handle patient and GP queries with empathy and professionalism, often supporting individuals who may feel anxious or frustrated.
