Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Sales Executive to join its caravan and motorhome team in Daventry. The role offers a base of £28,000 plus commission, with an on-target earnings (OTE) of £40,000 per annum.

This permanent, full-time position is 40 hours per week and includes weekend work on a rota basis. You will sell new and used caravans, motorhomes and campervans, promote related products, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within the automotive, leisure vehicle, or retail sector.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving targets.
• Experience selling finance products would be advantageous.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence using digital platforms and maintaining accurate customer records.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used caravans, motorhomes and campervans to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Promote and sell additional products and services.
• Accurately record and manage customer enquiries and sales leads using company systems.
• Meet and greet customers, providing a professional and welcoming first impression.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.
• Photograph and/or create videos of vehicles upon arrival into stock.
• Create and maintain engaging online vehicle listings across the company website, eBay showroom, and other marketing platforms.
• Ensure all vehicles on display are presented to the highest standard of cleanliness and appearance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment in accordance with company Health & Safety policies.
• Attend industry trade launches, exhibitions, training events, and manufacturer updates as required.
