Park Holidays UK Ltd. is seeking a motivated Caravan Sales Executive to join our team at our UK holiday parks. No prior experience is required as full training and support are provided; a positive attitude and drive are essential.

The role offers growth opportunities within a thriving industry, with a compensation package of £28,500 per year and a 43-hour work week. You will engage with prospective buyers and guests, building relationships and driving sales. Training and development are a focus.

Responsibilities

• Engage in marketing activities to maximise new and part-exchange business opportunities.
• Post social media advertisements to attract customers.
• Build relationships with current holiday homeowners for part-exchange opportunities.
• Contact prospective customers interested in holiday home ownership.
• Engage with holiday guests to explore sales opportunities.
• Develop partnerships with local businesses to generate leads.
• Guide prospective buyers through the holiday home ownership process.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Assist customers with financing options for holiday home purchases.
• Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
