Job summary

Major Recruitment North West Perms is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join a long-established family business in Daventry. You will sell new and used caravans, motorhomes and campervans, with a base salary of £28,000 plus commission and an OTE of £40,000 per annum.

The role requires 40 hours per week, including weekend rota shifts, and permanent employment. You will build strong customer relationships, manage enquiries and create compelling online vehicle listings while maintaining

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales role, ideally automotive leisure vehicles or retail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proactive and results-driven approach to achieving targets.
• Experience selling finance products would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used caravans, motorhomes and campervans to achieve monthly targets.
• Promote and sell additional products and services.
• Accurately record and manage customer enquiries and sales leads.
• Meet and greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming impression.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.
• Photograph or video vehicles and manage online stock listings.
• Maintain high standards of vehicle presentation and cleanliness.
• Attend industry launches, events and manufacturer updates as required.
