Job summary

Major Recruitment North West Perms represents a long-established family-owned business specialising in the sales of caravans, motorhomes and campervans. They are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join the growing team and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

As a Sales Executive you will sell new and used vehicles, promote add-on products, and manage customer enquiries using company systems. The role includes on-site duties, weekend rota, and a basic salary with commission (OTE

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within automotive, leisure vehicle, or retail sectors.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proactive and results-driven approach to achieving targets.
• Experience selling finance products would be advantageous.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence using digital platforms and maintaining accurate customer records.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used caravans, motorhomes and campervans to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Promote and sell additional products and services.
• Accurately record and manage customer enquiries and sales leads using company systems.
• Meet and greet customers, providing a professional and welcoming first impression.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.
• Photograph and/or create videos of vehicles upon arrival into stock.
• Create and maintain engaging online vehicle listings across the company website, eBay showroom, and other marketing platforms.
• Ensure all vehicles on display are presented to the highest standard of cleanliness and appearance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment in accordance with company Health & Safety policies.
• Attend industry trade launches, exhibitions, training events, and manufacturer updates as required.
