Job summary

Silcom Recruitment is seeking a motivated Car Sales Executive for a well-established automotive dealer in Worthing. You will engage customers, present vehicles, arrange test drives, and guide them through the complete sales journey in a target-driven environment.

A competitive commission structure and a company car are included, with a £30,000 pro-rata earnings guarantee for the first six months. The role offers a realistic on-target earnings exceeding £45,000 and requires a full UK driving

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand requirements and recommend vehicles.
• Manage full sales process from enquiry to handover.
• Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives and product demonstrations.
• Promote finance products and additional services to maximise sales opportunities.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
