• Engage with holiday guests to explore sales opportunities.
• Develop partnerships with local businesses to generate leads.
• Guide prospects through the holiday home ownership process.
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
• Assist customers with financing options while maintaining confidentiality.
• Foster long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
