Job summary

Lakaz Maurice is seeking a motivated Car Sales Executive in Basingstoke. The role offers a base salary and a lucrative OTE, with training provided and a potential company car after six months, subject to tenure and age requirements.

Key duties include delivering excellent customer service, building rapport with clients, and working with colleagues to reach sales targets. Monday–Friday hours, with Saturdays and Sundays on a rotation.

The Role:

Our client is a leading car dealership in Basingstoke who are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Car Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable company that values innovation, teamwork, and excellence.

Our client welcomes trainees and provides comprehensive training. After completing 6 months of service, trainees may become eligible for a company vehicle, subject to age requirements.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

Package:

Basic Salary: £15,000 - £17,000 (depending on experience) + OTE of up to £50,000 + Company Car provided based on tenure and position.

25 days holiday and usual company pension contribution.

Hours: Monday to Friday [8:30am – 6:00pm] with 1 hour lunch break!!

Saturdays [8:30am – 17:00pm] with a day off in the week!!

Every other Sunday [10:00am – 16:00pm]!!
