Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's sales experience.
• Automotive sales experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident and persuasive approach.
• Strong telephone and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and presentation.
• Good knowledge of vehicles and automotive products.
• Finance knowledge is advantageous.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Must be 23+ due to insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Selling vehicles and related products.
• Handling inbound enquiries via phone, email and in person.
• Conducting professional customer appointments and test drives.
• Building long-term customer relationships.
• Presenting vehicles and conducting demonstrations and test drives; advising on specifications, features, and finance options.
• Negotiating deals and closing sales.
• Managing orders, preparation and handovers.
• Completing sales administration accurately.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the vehicle range.
• Delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
