The role offers a competitive basic salary up to £25,000 with uncapped commission, and on-target earnings up to £55,000. Typically Monday to Friday with a day off and weekend shifts on a rota basis, providing opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within the motor trade or a comparable sales-focused role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong organisational skills to manage deadlines and achieve sales targets.
• Positive attitude with adaptability in a dynamic market environment.
• Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Professional work ethic with a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and present suitable options.
• Drive sales targets and aim to meet or exceed set objectives
• Manage customer relationships to promote high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Support the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Maintain thorough product and market knowledge to effectively position vehicle features and benefits.
• Accurately complete all sales documentation and administrative tasks.
