Job summary

ACS Automotive Recruitment seeks a Car Sales Executive for a high-volume dealership in Braintree. You will manage the full sales process from enquiry to handover and build lasting customer relationships, handling walk-ins, calls and online leads.

The role is permanent, full-time with a weekend rota, offering an uncapped OTE of £60-80k and a strong base plus commission. Training and career progression are provided in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in car sales or a target-driven sales role.
• Strong closing skills and confident communication.
• Money-motivated and target-focused.
• Full UK Driving Licence and professional presentation.
