Qualifications

• Professional appearance and confident demeanour
• Excellent verbal communication, negotiation and customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and vehicle specifications
• Valid UK driving licence
• Previous sales experience
• Knowledge of vehicle financing is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Sell prestige vehicles and related products in line with dealership policies
• Conduct customer appointments, ensuring a seamless and informative experience
• Respond promptly to enquiries by email, phone and in person
• Guide customers on vehicle stock, features and financing options
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Maintain strong knowledge of vehicles and finance options
• Negotiate deals, complete paperwork and ensure smooth transactions
• Manage vehicle orders, prep and delivery to satisfy customers
• Achieve high Customer Satisfaction Index scores through outstanding service
