Qualifications

  • Previous car sales or retail sales experience is desirable, but not essential.

  • Full UK driving licence required.

Car Sales Executive – Main Dealer Opportunity | Christchurch Area

Are you driven, ambitious, and ready to accelerate your career in automotive sales? We’re looking for a Car Sales Executive to join our established main dealer team in the Christchurch area. This is your chance to represent a respected brand, work in a professional environment, and reap the rewards of your performance.

What’s on Offer
  • Basic Salary: £20,000
  • On Target Earnings: £50,000+ (based on 200 units sold annually)
  • Company Car (vehicle provided, excluding fuel)
  • Holiday: 22 days + bank holidays
  • Career development and progression within a main dealer group
Working Hours
  • 5 days per week, Monday–Saturday
  • 8:30am – 6:00pm standard hours
  • 1 late shift (Tuesday or Thursday) until 9:00pm
  • Rota-based weekends with time off in lieu
Key Responsibilities
