Job Opportunity: New/Used Car Sales Executive in Cheltenham

We are seeking an experienced and professional New/Used Car Sales Executive for our client's premium car dealership in Cheltenham. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to work with an iconic brand that offers a diverse product range and is focused on developing new electric models.

Salary and Hours

• £20,000 basic salary with an uncapped OTE of £49,000+ annually, based on sales performance
• Personal company car included
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm; Sundays, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm (one in three Sundays required)

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used cars, add-ons, accessories, finance, insurance, and warranties to meet and exceed sales targets
• Keep customers informed about delivery progress and resolve any queries
• Collect payments and explain warranty and service arrangements
• Introduce customers to the Service Department and demonstrate vehicle features

Candidate Requirements

• Residency within a reasonable commute to Cheltenham
• UK driving licence with minimal points
• Recent or current car sales experience is mandatory
• Experience with premium/prestige brands is beneficial but not essential
• Desire to produce results, build customer relationships, and demonstrate a passion for automotive sales
