Car Sales Executive Package:

Competitive Basic Salary with an OTE (On-Target Earnings) of up to £50,000.

1. Meet and greet customers, assess their needs, and demonstrate vehicles accordingly.
2. Follow a structured sales process while providing excellent customer service and building long-term rapport.
3. Maintain a friendly yet professional approach, demonstrating first-class people skills.
4. Be proactive, driven, and highly motivated to succeed.
5. Showcase your success in your current role with respect to sales KPIs such as unit volume, F&I, CSI ratings, etc.
6. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a main dealership, a proven track record in the motor industry, and demonstrate stability in previous roles.
