Main Dealership Cardiff is seeking a Sales Executive to join their busy site. You will meet and greet customers, qualify needs, and demonstrate vehicles, following a structured sales process to deliver first-class service.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in a main dealership with a proven motor industry track record and a valid UK driving licence. The role offers an attractive OTE and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Meet and greet customers, qualify needs and demonstrate vehicles.
• Follow a structured sales process with excellent customer service and build long-term rapport.
• Proactive, driven and highly motivated to succeed.
• Must demonstrate success in current position with sales KPIs (unit volume, CSI, etc.).
• Minimum of 3 years in a main dealership with a proven motor industry track record.
• Valid UK driving licence.
