Perfect Placement UK Ltd is currently recruiting for a Car Sales Controller with a reputable main dealer in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. The role offers progression within a well-established dealership and a strong basic salary with bonus potential (£32,500 + bonus, OTE around £56,500).

Responsibilities include driving vehicle sales, managing deals to maximise profit, and delivering FCA-compliant finance and insurance products, while supporting the sales team and maintaining up-to-date

Qualifications

• Proven experience in deal stacking and deal control within a franchised dealership.
• Strong track record of closing deals and maximising sales opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to deal closure.

Duties of the Car Sales Controller:

• Achieving team targets for vehicle sales, profitability, and finance
