The ideal candidate will have experience as a Sales Controller, Business Manager or Transaction Manager within a franchised dealership, with a strong grasp of deal stacking and FCA compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sales Controller, Business Manager or Transaction Manager within a main/franchised dealership.
• Strong understanding of deal stacking and sales transactions.
• Proven ability to maximise finance, profitability and vehicle sales.
• Confident dealing directly with customers and closing deals.
• Strong understanding of FCA compliance and F&I processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with a strong commercial focus.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Achieve targets across vehicle sales, profitability and finance.
• Support and manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
• Stack and control deals effectively to maximise profitability.
• Work closely with Sales Executives to improve conversion and overall performance.
• Speak directly with customers and confidently close sales.
• Carry out accurate part-exchange appraisals.
• Present finance and additional products in a professional and compliant manner.
• Ensure all sales activity meets FCA and company compliance requirements.
• Maintain excellent product and finance knowledge.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the purchasing process.
• Support the Sales Manager with the overall performance of the department.

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm, Saturdays 8.30am to 5pm, Sundays and Bank Holidays 10am to 4pm.

Our client, a successful main dealership based in Milton Keynes, is looking to recruit an experienced New Car Sales Controller to join their busy sales operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Manager, Transaction Manager or Sales Controller who is looking to progress their career further within a successful dealership environment.

The successful candidate will play an important role in guiding customers through the purchasing process, supporting the Sales Executives and helping to maximise sales, finance and profitability across the department.
