Howards Group is seeking a Sales Customer Relationship Manager to drive vehicle sales and related products at our Taunton retailer. You will manage the customer journey from initial contact to delivery, ensuring a premium experience.

The role offers an uncapped OTE and a supportive team culture with ongoing training and development. Weekend work is required and a full driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Target-driven, customer-focused individuals, ideally with sales experience.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Competency in negotiating and closing sales while maintaining an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by selling vehicles and associated products/add-ons.
• Manage customer expectations throughout the sales process, ensuring excellent service.
• Advise clients on finance, insurance, and additional products, upselling where appropriate.
• Keep up to date with the latest product knowledge to ensure that customers receive the best service.
• Build and maintain a prospect list, maximising sales leads and managing prospects.
• Pro-actively generate leads and manage customers in the sales cycle.
