Job summary

Switch Car Rental is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Northampton. You will support customers through the car rental journey, handling bookings, returns and issue resolution with strong communication and attention to detail.

The role offers a full-time schedule in a fast-paced environment. Key duties include processing rentals, coordinating vehicle deliveries, answering inquiries, and ensuring compliance with all procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• A full driving license (held for at least 12 months).

Responsibilities

• Identify and exceed customer requirements.
• Complete daily administrative tasks.
• Coordinate delivery and collection of rental vehicles.
• Verify customer information and process payments.
• Complete rental agreements accurately.
• Understand retail rental procedures.
• Follow Switch processes and SOPs.
• Answer calls and respond to emails.
• Develop product knowledge to maximise customer experience.
• Work to KPI targets in the branch.
• Undertake additional duties as required by manager, including cleaning or driving vehicles.
