Job summary

Switch Car Rental in Sunbury is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help customers rent, return and resolve issues during their car rental journey. You will handle payments, rentals, and communications while delivering outstanding service.

This full-time role requires strong communication, admin skills, and a customer-first attitude; a full driving license is needed, and you will join a team focused on customer experience and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong administrative and computer skills.
• Full driving license held for at least 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Identify and exceed customer requirements.
• Complete administrative tasks daily.
• Coordinate delivery and collection of rental vehicles.
• Process payments and finalize rental agreements.
• Maintain understanding of retail rental procedures.
• Follow Switch processes to meet KPI objectives.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
• Develop product knowledge to drive incremental sales.
• Work within service level agreements to meet KPI targets.
• Undertake additional duties as directed by your line manager.
